Earl Harrison Sears

Earl Harrison Sears, 89, of Wadsworth, passed away Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at his home.

Earl was born May 1, 1936, in Wadsworth, Ohio to Frank and Marie {Strader} Sears.

Earl proudly served in the United States Army Reserves.

He married Wilma Orr on September 3, 1966; she survives.

Earl worked at Ohio Injector. He attended Wesley Chapel Church. Earl enjoyed going to flea markets and auctions. Earl loved coffee, his wife and grandkids most of all. Family was everything to Earl.

Earl will be deeply missed by his wife; children June Tarr, April Sprouse, Joshua Sears; grandchildren Kayla (Bobby) Croft and many more grandchildren; great-grandchildren Alaya, Braylee, Nevaeh Croft and many more; nephew Shawn (Tawn) Hornbeck; and sister Mona Greenbaum

Earl was preceded in death by his parents and sister Eleanor.

Friends may call Monday, March 23 from 1 to 2 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Hillcrest Chapel, Seville. Services will follow at 2 p.m. at the funeral home (and livestreamed at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com/obituaries/Earl-Sears) with Reverend Jeral Davis officiating.
