Roberts Funeral Home – Hillcrest Chapel - SevilleKenneth R. Rohrer, 76, of Wadsworth, passed away March 16, 2026.
Kenneth was born August 25, 1949, in Wadsworth to Sanford and Alice {Light} Rohrer.
He graduated from Wadsworth High School in 1967 after playing football on the undefeated team of 1966. Following high school, Ken attended Miami University and the University of Akron. He married Norma Vargo on December 13, 1969.
Ken retired from the Wadsworth School System as a bus driver and was a brick mason for many years. He was a member of First Mennonite Church where he was a Sunday School teacher. Ken enjoyed playing Euchre, bowling, playing volleyball and doing word puzzles.
Ken will be deeply missed by his wife, Norma, son Mark (Shelly) Rohrer of Wadsworth, daughter-in-law Stacia Rohrer of Medina; four grandchildren Liam, Owen, Penelope and Daphne; brother Jack (Mona) Rohrer of Wadsworth, cousins, niece and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his son Geoffrey and a brother Roger Rohrer.
A Celebration of Life will be Saturday, April 11th at 2 p.m., at Time at First Mennonite Church, 405 Trease Rd. with Pastor Jan Croyle officiating. Burial will be at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. Online tributes may be made at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com. Memorial contributions may be made to First Mennonite Church or the charity of the donor’s choice.
