Earle R. Scheider

Earle R. Scheider, age 84, passed away December 13, 2025, after a lengthy battle with heart failure. He spent his last days reminiscing, laughing, and joking with family, friends, and his nursing staff.

Earle was a lifetime member of Saint Peter’s Parish where he attended grade school and was an altar boy. He graduated from Pacelli High School Class of 1959. He then went on to work at Fisher’s Dairy, Worzalla Publishing, and Cooper Motors where he was the parts manager for 44 years from 1962 until 2006.

Earle enjoyed attending the YMCA, visiting with friends and family, loved watching the Green Bay Packers, and spending time with his dog, Casey.

Earle is survived by his nephew, Zac (Diane) Scheider and sister-in-law, Marian Scheider.

Earle was preceded in death by his parents, Glenn F. and Agnes E. Scheider; brother, Glenn (Butch) Scheider; and sister, Shirl Scheider.

The family extends their gratitude to Rennes Health and Rehab Center in Weston for their excellent care and support of Earle.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Earle at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at Saint Peter’s Catholic Church, 800 Fourth Avenue, Stevens Point. The visitation will be held at 9:30 AM in the Saint Faustina Room at the church until the time of service.
