Earsel Mann

Earsel Mann, 85 of Harts, WV, departed this life on Thursday, January 29, 2026 at Logan Regional Medical Center.

He was born March 24, 1940 in Harts, WV the son of the late Jinks and Grace Mann.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his son, James Plez Mann; three sisters, Nadine Browning, Arlene Lucas, and Florene Lucas; two brothers, Hershel Mann and Plez Mann; and his father and mother-in-law, Wilson and Polly Browning

Earsel found joy in the simple, meaningful things in life. He enjoyed spending time outdoors hunting and fishing, where he could relax and appreciate nature, and he often expressed himself through music by playing the guitar. His faith was an important part of his life, and he loved going to church, where he found comfort and community. Above all, Earsel cherished time spent with his family and friends, valuing those relationships and the memories they created together.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 37 years, Lue Sinda Mann; one son, Gregory Earsel Mann; one sister, Doris Carol Mann; three brothers, Carl (Linda) Mann, Caudle "CJ" (Leslie) Mann, and Glenn Mann; two grandchildren, Chrissa Thompson and Marianda Jewell Mann; two great grandchildren ; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be on Saturday, February 7, 2026 from 1:00PM-2:00PM at the funeral home.

Services will be held at 2:00PM, Saturday, February 7, 2026 at the funeral home with Jimmy Carter, Eric "Tubby" Rakes and Ronnie Dalton officiating. Burial will follow at the Manns Cemetery, Harts, WV

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
