The funeral service for Mr. Jackson will take place at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at Greater Community Church of God, 406 Roswell St, NE, Marietta, GA 30060.

My love, prayers and condolences to the Jackson family. I will always remember Eddie's smile and laugh. Eddie always exuded sincerity every time I saw him. He loved his family and spoke proudly about all of his girls - including Carla. He will be missed as a wonderful human being.

My condolences to the Jackson family. I first met Eddie when he recruited my son Jamari to play on his baseball team at Perry Parham and we have been friends ever since . He was a great coach and friend and will be dearly missed.

My heart is heavy to know that the world will no longer have Eddie Jackson. He was my neighbor and friend for many years. A very pleasant person to know. The world should have more Eddie´s. I remember Eddie coaching his 7 year old ball team at Perry Parham. He and my husband were committed to that park and baseball. Good times and lots of good years together!
