Edgar Dickerson Obituary
Mr. Dickerson was a former resident of Ohio and a current resident of Barrow County since 1978. He retired as a computer analyst.
Mr. Dickerson was preceded in death by his son, Michael W. Dickerson; and parents, Merideth Wesley Dickerson and Gladys Moyer Dickerson Gentry.
Mr. Dickerson is survived by his wife, Barbara J. Dickerson of Auburn; daughters, Penelope K. "Penni" Tench of Statham and Hollie (Roman) Carson of Los Angeles, California; several special granddogs and grandcats also survive.
The funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2024 at 2:00 PM in the Stateroom of Carter Funeral Home. Burial will follow the service at Rose Hill Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends on Saturday from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM prior to the service at Carter Funeral Home.
The family has requested in lieu of flowers, donations be made in his memory to the Richard Wilson Recovery Residence at P.O. Box 1321 Statham, Georgia 30666.
