Edith Cleo Craft, 94, of Huntsville, MO, she passed away Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at her daughter's home in Rogersville, MO.

Cleo was born February 6, 1932 in Brunswick, MO the daughter of Charles and Edith DeWeese. She married her best friend Boise H. Craft, Jr. on September 27, 1949 in Brunswick, MO, and they spent 68 years devoted to each other before Boise's death on October 25, 2017.

Cleo was a devoted wife and mother; after raising their daughter she worked as a receptionist for Ameren-Empire Gas company in Moberly. She enjoyed going hunting and fishing with Boise. She loved playing golf and painting. Cleo swore that her daily mile walks is what kept her young. She was a member of the Huntsville United Methodist Church.

Cleo is survived by her daughter Jane Fraser-Giddens (Larry); grandson Luke Fraser (Hannah); granddaughter, Sarah Collins (Tyson); five grandchildren Gavin and Abel Fraser, Bryley, Reed, and Cross Collins; brother Donnie DeWeese (Donna) and all who loved her. She is preceded in death by her husband Boise, her parents, brothers, R.K. DeWeese, Harold DeWeese, Kenneth DeWeese, John DeWeese, sister Doris Still, great granddaughter Paisely Collins.

Visitation is Wednesday, March 18, 2026 from 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. with services following at noon at the Huntsville United Methodist Church, burial in Huntsville City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Huntsville United Methodist Church, Huntsville City Cemetery, or Paisley Collins Memorial Foundation. Funeral services are under the direction of Patton Funeral Home in Huntsville.
