Age 96. Beloved daughter of the late Charles F. and Edith (nee O'Connor) Flanigen; dear sister of Jane (late Richard) Griffin and the late Joan Drexelius and David Flanigen; loving aunt of Richard Griffin, Jr., Mary Griffin, Annie Griffin, JR Drexelius, Daniel Drexelius, Cathy Grotz, Paul Drexelius, Annie Rubin, Mark Drexelius, Patty Phillips, Charles Flanigen, II and the late Joseph Drexelius, Meaghan Grotz, Charles Griffin, Thomas Griffin and James Flanigen; also survived by cherished great-nieces and nephews. No prior visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10AM on Monday, January 26th at St Mark Church, 401 Woodward Ave, Buffalo. All are asked to assemble at church. Eddie is one of my heroes, having first met her through my husband, John and the Buffalo Professional Christian Life Community. I loved her and her whole family of Griffins and Drexelias'. My children and I have fond memories of the gatherings we had at Canisius and.on retreats together..
.sn experience of community that helped form our lives. My sincere condolences to the family.
