Edith A. Gollie

Edith A. Gollie lovingly known as Mitzi, 77 of Eustis Florida went to her Eternal Home on August 15, 2023. Mitzi was the wife of Robert T. Gollie. They celebrated their 59th Wedding Anniversary on February 8th. She was born in Bethlehem, PA, the daughter of the late Francis and
Edith (Santley) Ortwein. She lived for her Family whom she loved so much. Her warm and loving smile would light up any room she entered. Mitzi worked in food and nutrition services at Triangle Elementary School for many years before retiring in 2017. She is survived by her husband, Robert T. Gollie; daughters, Diane, wife of Tom Miller of Umatilla, Cindy Dailey of Eustis; son, Craig Gollie and Julie of Tavares; sister, Catherine, wife of late husband, Joseph Seaman; grandsons, Matthew Dailey and wife Brandy of Eustis, Ryan Thomas and wife Monica of Perkasie PA, Lincoln Gollie of Tavares; granddaughters, Jennifer, wife of Robert Guerra of Umatilla; Melanie Dailey of Eustis; great-grandsons, Bryce and Kasen Thomas, (and one on the way); great-granddaughters, Zoey and Zarah Dailey and Adileny Guerra, and many more extended family and friends. Edith Gollie was preceded in death by her sister, Joanne wife of late husband Charles Frankenfield; brothers, John Ortwein and wife Janet Francis Ortwein and late wife Agnes.
