Wayne G. Gollie

Wayne G. Gollie, 83, of Upper Saucon Twp., passed away at home, surrounded by his loving family on Monday, April 21, 2025. He and his wife, Elinor M. (Sell) Gollie, celebrated 65 years of marriage. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late George R. and Alberta M. (Reed) Gollie. He was a member of St. John's U.C.C. in Emmaus. Wayne retired as a superintendent from Bethlehem Steel Corp after 34 years of employment. He was a member of the Saucon Lodge #469 F&AM in Coopersburg, the Lehigh Valley Day Lodge #813, Rajah Shrine and Scottish Rite. Wayne enjoyed hunting and fishing at his cabin in Potter County, and golfing. His greatest joy was watching his grandchildren participate in their sporting events.
Survivors: Wife; Children, Bonita J. David (Daniel), Jacqueline M. Marcante, Wayne G. Gollie, II (Nancy), and Christine L. Cressman (David); 9 Grandchildren; 9 Great-Grandchildren; and Brothers, Paul, Robert, and Michael Gollie. He was preceded in death by a Sister, Linda Harry.
Services: A Masonic Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Home, 225 Elm Street, Emmaus, followed by a Funeral Service at 11:15 a.m. A visitation will be held from 9:30 to 11 a.m. on Wednesday in the funeral home.
