Edith J. Notestine, 78, of West Third St., Lewistown, passed away on Friday, August 1, 2025, at her home.

Born Dec. 30, 1946, in Lewistown, she was a daughter of the late Samuel H. and Emma J. (Morrison) Hendricks.

She was also preceded in death by a brother and a sister.

Surviving are: two sons, Thomas A. Notestine of Harrisburg and Christopher M. Notestine of Lewistown; three sisters, Bonnie, Laura, and Jennifer; and a brother, Lynn.

Edith graduated from South Hills School of Business and Technology and retired as a coder and abstractor for UPMC in Harrisburg.
