Ed was born & raised in New York City. As a young teen in the early 60's Ed started a part time job with French-American Group, an importer of L'Aiglon belts, Dorè-Dorè hosiery & Eminance.

What started as a part time job eventually became his passion and CrookhornDavis Accessories was established in the mid 70's. Ed and his company were designing, manufacturing, and importing luxury men's accessories for the finest luxury retailers nationwide until 2006.

Ed enjoyed the friendships and relationships that he made throughout the years in the industry. Always one to share wonderful stories of his life and times personally and in the world of the fashion.

Eddie's love of music and his second home in Beach Haven West was always close to his heart. He was always ready for happy our that would last well past the sunset, that he so admired.

He loved to use his knowledge of almost any subject that entertained friends old and new.

Eddie at times may have been wrong, but he was always simply mistaken.

Ed is survived by his loving wife of 59 years Kate (nee Chalk), son Michael, wife Denise Daudelin, daughter Erin, Wife Kristi DeMiceli, grandchildren Alyssa, Michael, Bryn, Luke, Patrick, and great granddaughter Audriana.

Visitation will be on Tuesday from 4:00 pm-7:00 pm at The O'Boyle Funeral Home 309 Broad St. Bloomfield. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday at 10am at St Thomas the Apostle Church, 60 Byrd Ave Bloomfield. Interement will be Private.
