Edna Mae Clark, 77, transitioned to eternal life on Thursday, June 26, 2025. She was born on January 10, 1948 to the union of George and Martha Mitchell. She accepted Christ at an early age. Edna loved her dogs dearly. She also loved to travel and fist. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Martha Mitchell; husband, George Clark; son, Patrick O. Mitchell; sister, Naomi Mitchell; great niece, Monique Mitchell; great-great nephew, Kadarius Williams. She is survived by her sisters, Audrey Harris of Detroit, Michigan, Mamie Henderson, Jacqueline Mitchell, Barbara Mitchell, Mildred Mitchell, Sandra Mitchell, and Lisa (Jimmy) Ducksworth, all of Moss Point, Mississippi, Georgia Mitchell of Escatawpa, Mississippi, Rose Mitchell of Pascagoula, Mississippi and Caroline Mitchell of Irvington, Alabama; brothers, Raymond Mitchell of Mobile, Alabama and James Mitchell of Escatawpa, Mississippi; stepdaughters, Carol Bowie and Karen Clark, both of Detroit, Michigan, stepson, George Clark of Detroit, Michigan and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
