Mrs. Edna Pearl McNeely, age 89 of Benton, Kentucky died on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at Baptist Health in Paducah, Kentucky. She was a retired from Marshall County Hospital where she worked as a registered nurse. Mrs. McNeely was a member of Olive Missionary Baptist Church.
Born Saturday, May 9, 1936 in Graves County, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Amon Richard Bell and the late Cora B. (Portis) Bell.
Surviving are her husband of 71 years, Frank McNeely of Benton, KY, son, Mike McNeely (Amy) of Benton, KY, Glenn McNeely, grandchildren, Michael Joseph McNeely, Laurie Byars, Summer Holland (Virgil Travis), Josh McNeely (Bethany), Jessie Glisson (Jimmy), Logan McNeely (Miranda), and great-grandchildren, Jake McNeely, Emme McNeely, Eli McNeely, Christian Byars, Georgia Holland, Courtney Holland, Clayton Holland, Ruth McNeely, Roman McNeely, and Illyanna Glisson.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Robert Earl Bell, and half-brother, Vernon Gamble.
A Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, October 19, 2025 at Collier Funeral Chapel located at 211 West 5th St. Benton, Kentucky 42025 with Bro. Mark Thweatt and Bro. Todd Dotson officiating.
Interment will follow in the Maple Springs Cemetery.
Visitation will be held between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 19, 2025 at Collier Funeral Home.
