Enfield, NH - Edna Florence (Miller) Swenson age 93 of Enfield, New Hampshire passed away on June 10, 2025. She was the daughter of Japhet and Anna Miller (deceased) of Royersford, PA. She is survived by her three children: Larry Erick Swenson Jr. of Granbury, TX, Deborah Lynn Sweetland of Enfield, NH, and Stephen Ward Swenson of Parker, CO. Additionally she is survived by 7 grandchildren: Erick Swenson, Heidi Gonzales, Trevor Swenson, Charlotte Sweetland, Nicholas Sweetland, Kamille Swenson Barry, and Emily Swenson Davis. Edna was blessed to have 12 great-grandchildren. She was married (September 9, 1952) to Larry Erick Swenson and was preceded in death by her husband and by her 8 sisters and brothers.

Edna was born April 25, 1932 and grew up in Royersford, PA and was the head cheerleader at her high school. She was active in Girl Scouting and attended St. Luke's Lutheran Church in Boyertown, PA. She raised her three children on a small farm outside Gilbertsville, PA prior to moving to Oklahoma in 1968 and later spent many years in Florida before residing in Clinton, MO before moving to Enfield, NH in 2014. She worked as a merchandiser and decorator at JC Penney for 25 years. Edna and Larry enjoyed square dancing and attended precision square dance competitions in Oklahoma. Edna was known for her limitless energy, optimism and her sense of fun. She played a critical part in her grandchildren's lives and is remembered fondly by all.

Graveside burial and memorial service performed by Kathy Geiger Bilger will be held at Fernwood Cemetery in Royersford PA on September 27, 2025.
