Lalo nació en Ciudad Juárez un 10 de marzo del 1954. El creció en Ciudad Juárez a lado de sus padres y hermanos. Inmigro a los Estados Unidos con su esposa e hijos, e hizo su casa en Sunland Park NM. Lalo recibió un Associates en Educación en el 2013 a la edad de 59 enseñándoles a sus hijos y nietos que todo era posible. Siempre nos enseñó a nunca rendirnos ante toda situación. Lalo fue un gran padre, abuelo, bisabuelo, suegro, hermano y amigo para todos. Siempre carismático y alegre, apoyando a todos en todo momento. Su partida es una gran pérdida para todos los que pudieron conocerlo.
