I'd like to share my condolences to Ed's family. I only knew Ed for a short time. I met him at a record fair on Long Island, NY and he became one of my customers. I only wish we would have spoken prior to his passing. He was a good man.

I met Ed Caputo at a record sale at the Lake County Fairgrounds in Grayslake, Illinois in 2018. We were among a small number of people selling records at this event. Immediately, I found Ed to be very knowledgeable about records and especially many of the bands we both loved. We soon became friends and would run into each other at various record shows in Illinois and Wisconsin. We always would find some records to trade and talk about. I became very concerned about him when I learned of his increasing health issues in recent years. I was always open to a phone call from Ed if he needed to talk with someone. I knew his condition was getting worse, but kept hoping he would pull through. Ed's death is a serious personal loss to me. I am so sorry he is gone. I will miss him.

Worked with Eddie at the Sands and Foxwoods. I´m a Flyers fan and Eddie a Penguins fan - always great hockey banter. Great memories. RIP Eddie and sorry for your loss to Sherry and his kids.

Eddie, to a fellow Rebel and Broadway Bully. May your soul Rest In Peace. Remembering the knockout drag out street hockey games at your house in South Park. Heartfelt Prayers to the family to help them cope with this loss. God Bless you all and keep you safe. With deepest sympathy.
