Edward Chambers Obituary
While he was well, he loved to keep his car clean. He worked as a mechanic with Herman Deas Auto Sales until his health failed.
On the afternoon of January 17, 2026, the last chapter and last word was completed in Mr. Chambers' book of his earthly life.
He is lovingly missed by his mother: Cora L. Chambers; daughters: Lakeshia Smallwood and Sharetta (Nakia) Gandy; one son: Lavon (Adena) Smallwood; ten (10) grandchildren; one brother: Elder Shondrick (LeeAnn) Chambers, and two sisters: Teresa Chambers and Pastor Annisa (Harold, deceased) Nobles.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 24, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Turner Funeral Home, with Elder Shondrick Chambers as the officiant. Interment will follow at Pineville Cemetery.
Mr. Chambers' viewing period will be held Friday, January 23, 2026 from 12:00 PM until 6:00 PM at Turner Funeral Home.
