Edward bravely served in the United States Army and was a Vietnam Veteran. He retired as a self-employed industrial contractor.
Edward was preceded in death by his parents, Lucille and James Huey DeMoll, and his sister, Sueann DeMoll.
He is survived by his son, Edward Paul DeMoll II (Stephanie) of Oakland, TN; daughter, Felicia D. Smith (Gregory) of Slidell, LA; two brothers, Jimmy DeMoll and Robert DeMoll; four sisters, Elaine McCarty, Rosalyn Lombas, Evelyn Ragan, and Linda DeMoll; six grandchildren, Ty Penney, Connor DeMoll, Ryan DeMoll, Dennis Cucinello, Matthew Smith, and Greg Smith Jr.; seven great-grandchildren, Brennan, Reese, Dylan, Dallas, Emilia, Chevelle, and Alexander; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Saturday, May 24, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Audubon Funeral Home in Slidell. A funeral service will begin in the chapel at 12:30 p.m. Memories and condolences may be expressed at www. AudubonFuneralHome.com
