In Loving Memory of Edward Charles Falkowski
Beloved brother, uncle, and friend, Edward "Eddie" Charles Falkowski, 92, of Cleveland, Ohio, entered eternal rest on July 11, 2025.
Eddie was preceded in death by his parents, Catherine and Alexander Falkowski; his siblings Helen (Earl) Kennedy, Jean (Frank) Gurchensky, Bill (Charlotte), and Benjamin. He is lovingly remembered by his adopted brother, Joseph Cho, as well as many godchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends whose lives he touched with generosity and kindness.
A devoted florist for many years in the Greater Cleveland area, Eddie brought beauty, joy, and color to countless weddings, special occasions, and everyday moments. Beyond his professional life, Eddie was a cherished brother of the Franciscan Friary for nearly three decades, faithfully serving in spiritual fellowship and community life.
His family would like to express heartfelt gratitude to the Hospice of the Western Reserve for their compassionate care over the past three years, especially to his caregivers, Kelly and Allie, who cared for Eddie with exceptional love and dignity.
A wake will be held at Tomon and Sons Funeral Home, 4772 Pearl Road, Cleveland, OH, on Thursday, July 17 from 4-7 p.m.
A Mass of Christian Burial will follow on Friday, July 18 at 10 a.m. at St. John Cantius Church, 906 College Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44113. EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH. Interment will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery.
