Edward Gray Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Costantino-Primo Funeral Home on Jan. 30, 2026.
Edward Watson Gray, Jr., 89, Voorhees, New Jersey passed away peacefully on January 28, 2026, surrounded by love. Born on August 17, 1936 in Camden, New Jersey, Edward was the beloved son of Edward W. Gray, Sr., and Thelma (Bates) Gray of Camden.

On October 8, 1960, Edward married the love of his life Pasqualina (Franco) Gray. Together they shared 66 beautiful years of marriage filled with devotion, laughter, and family. Edward was a loving husband, a devoted father, and a proud grandfather. His family was his greatest joy, and he cherished every moment with them.

Edward proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps for three years, a testament to his sense of duty and dedication. He went on to build a strong and respected career as a Plant Superintendent at Camden Copper, Morris Wheeler, and Joseph Oat Corporation, where his hard work and leadership were deeply valued. Known for his heart of gold and his wonderful sense of humor, Edward had a way of making people smile. He also enjoyed the excitement and camaraderie of time spent at the dice table at Bally's Casino, a pastime he truly loved.

Edward is survived by his beloved wife, Pasqualina Gray; his daughters, Denise and Michelle; his son-in-laws, Tom and Frank; and his treasured granddaughters, Kelsey and Ashley. He is also survived by his sister, Joyce Maples of Fortworth (Haslet), Texas, along with many loving nieces and nephews.

Edward will be deeply missed and forever remembered for his kindness, warmth, and love he gave so freely.

Services will be announced at a later date. Arrangements under the direction of the COSTANTINO-PRIMO FUNERAL HOME, BERLIN, NJ.
