Mr. Edward Wade Holloman, age 61, of Temple passed away on Wednesday, May 29, 2024. He was born in Villa Rica on October 20, 1962. Mr. Holloman is preceded in death by his mother, Joyce (Smith) Holloman and by his sister, Susan Brock.
Mr. Holloman was a graduate of Temple High School. He later owned and operated Holloman’s Hauling. Wade enjoyed being outdoors, working with heavy equipment on the farm, going fishing, and spending time with his family.
Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Justin and Amber Holloman of Bowdon; his daughter and son-in-law, Jessie and John Copley of Waco; his father, Edward Henry Holloman of Temple; his grandchildren, Jaxson Holloman, Raegen Holloman, Gracelynn Holloman, Margo Copley, Johnny Copley, and Layden McKey. Wade is also survived by his nephews, Eric Brock of Temple, and Adam Brock and his wife, Meghan Brock of Temple; his great niece and great nephews, Carter Brock, Olivia Brock, Aiden Brock, Cam Brock, and a number of other relatives.
In accordance with Mr. Holloman’s arrangements, he will be cremated.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, June 6, 2024, from 5 P.M. until 8 P.M.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date for the family.
The family will be accepting floral arrangements, however donations In Wade Holloman’s Memory can also be made to The American Stroke Association at www.stroke.org .
