He is survived by his wife, Brandy Vick Mikus; his daughter, Jacklynn Mikus, two sons Cooper and Peyton Mikus and his mother, Sharon Mikus of Fort Smith.
There will be a family held celebration of life at another date, cremation is under the direction of Edwards Funeral home of Fort Smith.
