Edward Ricardo Monterroso, 17, of Ft. Thomas, passed away on Thursday, December 12, 2024 at Cincinnati Children's Hospital. He was a student at Ft. Thomas Highlands High School, Highland Middle and Moyer Elementary. He is survived by his father, Eduardo Monterroso; mother, Madai Judith De Leon Flores; step father, Gerardo Joaquin; sisters, Debora Estefania Monterroso De Leon, Esmeralda Anadiel Monterroso De Leon, Ellie Joaquin De Leon & Esly Joaquin De Leon; maternal grandparents, Remigio De Leon & Eufeinia Flores and many aunts, uncles & cousins. Visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m., Tuesday, December 17th at Muehlenkamp-Erschell Funeral Home, Ft. Thomas. The Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m., preceded by a Visitation from 10-11 a.m., Wednesday, December 18th at Casa De Alabanza Iglesia De Dios, 3220 Central Pkwy., Cincinnati, Ohio 45225. Interment will follow at St. Stephen Cemetery, Ft. Thomas. The Monterroso family is graciously accepting donations.
