Edward J. Murzynski, age 75 of Erie passed away on Thursday December 19, 2024. He was born on February 4, 1949, the son of the late Edward and Louise Caranci Murzynski.
He was a 1966 graduate of Tech Memorial High School and worked as an inspector for the Erie Water Authority. He enjoyed golfing. Ed was a veteran of the US Army serving during the Vietnam War.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Carol Murzynski and sister Judy Thomas.
Edward is survived by two daughters: Denise Fair (Andy) and Kristy Conner (Jason); grandchildren, Steven Rowland (Seneca), Kaitlyn Rowland (Chris), Jason Conner Jr. (Emma), Josh Conner (Samantha), Taylor Guzowski, Kelsey States (Thomas) and Luckas Fair (Genna); great grandchildren: Ellanova, Jace, Payten, Haylee, Journey and Anthony; brother, Randy Murzynski; his first wife, Kathleen Murzynski and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at Burton Quinn Scott Wintergreen, 2532 Norcross Rd., Erie, Pa. 16510 on Sunday December 22, 2024 from 4:00 pm until time of service at 6:00 pm.
Inurnment at Whispering Pines Cremation Garden.
Memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
