Tracy Murzynski Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville/St. Robert on Dec. 10, 2023.
Tracy Alice Murzynski, daughter of Albert Perry Guthrie, Jr. and Sharon Kay (Johnson) Karr, was born March 18, 1964, in Ashtabula, Ohio where she grew up and graduated from high school.
As a young lady, Tracy met a neighbor boy by the name of Michael Anthony Murzynski. They soon became great friends, began dating, and were united in marriage on July 12, 1986, in Conneaut, Ohio. They shared over 37 years of marriage together and were blessed with two sons, Matthew and Cameron.
Due to Michael being in the military, Tracy and the family moved to different duty stations with him and in 1997, they were transferred to Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri where they remained after Michael retired in 2003.
Tracy was privileged to be a stay-at-home mom and took great pride in providing for her family. She took care of everything for her family and their home. She loved her family tremendously and loved taking care of them.
In her spare time, Tracy enjoyed crocheting, doing puzzle books, and was good with anything that had to do with numbers. She also loved the outdoors and especially enjoyed camping with her family.
Earlier in her life, Tracy had made an important decision and accepted Jesus Christ as her Savior. This decision affected everything she did, and she was a very special girl that loved God and was willing to serve wherever she was able. After moving to Missouri, she began attending Maranatha Baptist Church in St. Robert and she loved worshipping with her church family.
Tracy went home to be with her Lord Friday, December 8, 2023, in Phelps Health Hospital in Rolla, Missouri having attained the age of 59 years. She will be sadly missed, but fondly remembered by all those that knew and loved her.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Michael Murzynski of the home in St. Robert; two sons, Matthew and Cameron Murzynski both of St. Robert, MO; her mother and stepfather: Sharon and Earl Karr of Conneaut, OH; father and stepmother: Albert and Nancy Guthrie of Conneaut, OH; two brothers, Todd Guthrie (Karen) of the State of California and Tim Guthrie (Jan) of the State of Ohio; her mother-in-law, Mary Murzynski of Ashtabula, OH; two brothers-in-law, David Murzynski (Stacey) of Conneaut, OH and Joey Murzynski of Ashtabula, OH; a number of nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
Tracy was preceded in death by her father-in-law.
Even though she is gone from our sight, Tracy's love of family and her strong faith will live on in our hearts forever.
Funeral Services will be held at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 13, 2023, in Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville/ St. Robert.
