Frederick Murzynski Obituary
Fritz graduated from Cathedral Prep and served in the United States Army. He worked as a delivery driver for John V. Schultz Furniture. He was an avid fan of the Philadelphia Phillies and the Washington Redskins.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife of 41 years, Alice Goodman Murzynski, and his sister, Elaine Adams.
Survivors include two sons, Daniel Murzynski (Stacie), of Erie and Paul Murzynski (Melissa), of Edinboro; five grandchildren, Kathleen (Nick) Means, and Christina, Carl, Nicole, and Matthew Murzynski; three great grandchildren, Charlie, Wylder, and Molly; and many nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the Russell C. Schmidt & Son Funeral Home Inc., 5000 Wattsburg Rd., on Thursday May 8, 2025 from 3 p.m. until the time of services at 6 p.m. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family in Trinity Cemetery.
Memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, http://www.stjude.org or Emmaus Ministries Soup Kitchen, 218 E 11th St, Erie, PA 16503.
