Gregory Beer Obituary
Erie on October 1, 1976, a son of Cheryl (Chaffee) and Otto Beer.
He graduated from Harbor Creek High School and served in the Marines. He
worked at Welch Food in North East, PA.
Greg will be remembered for his sense of humor and wit. He always had a
story to share and could spin it into the funniest thing you have ever
heard. When life was tough for those around him, he could make you laugh
even when you did not want to and lighten your heart. He loved listening to
Wu-Tang Clan and spending time with his friends. Those that knew him would
say to know him was to love him. Greg will be greatly missed.
In addition to his parents, Greg is survived by his brother, Robert Beer,
two sisters, Kerrie Beer and Makkenzie Beer, a son, Colten Beer, a niece,
Esme Beer, an aunt, Kathy Chaffee, an uncle, Frank Gierlinger, and several
cousins.
Services and burial will be private.

Over 30 years of friendship, there are too many stories to share. We had our ups, downs, and in betweens, but in the end we were there for each other always. We shared so much together, you were in my wedding, we saw each others kids grow, he lived with my family for a while, and I am grateful for our friendship. I am glad I was able to see you just a few days before you left and talked to you the afternoon before. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers everyday. This is not goodbye, but a see you later. Love you always.

My deepest sympathies... I went to grade school at St Peters with Greg I can remember him always smiling and his cute little freckles as a little boy.

All I can say is wow. He was a funny and if you were having a bad day he would try to make it better. He will be missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.
