Mr. Edward Lamar Pace

Mr. Edward Lamar Pace, 52, of Peoria, IL, passed away at 10:21 pm at on Sunday, December 22, 2024 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center.
Edward was born on February 25, 1972 in St. Louis, MO to Overton, Sr. and Betty (Paige) Pace.
Edward was a truck driver for over 7 years. He attended Blaine Sumner grade school and Manual High School. Edward's passion was driving big rig trucks. He loved singing and enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.
Edward leaves to cherish his memory his loving mother, Betty Pace; one daughter, Breanna Brakeman; three brothers, Tommy (Shawna Coder) Pace, Tony (Sharice Brown) Pace and Overton Pace, Jr.; one sister, Patricia (Derrick) Rayford all of Peoria, IL; two grandchildren, Ayla Brakeman and Aniah Rayford; one uncle, Andrew Pace; five aunts, Ruby Pace, Mary Pace, Melissa Pace, Doris Pace and Lillie Pace and 3 nieces, 5 nephews and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his father and grandparents, Clinton and Ruby Pace.
A memorial service will be held at 11 am on Saturday, January 4, 2025 at First Apostolic Pentecostal Church of Jesus Christ with a gathering one-half hour prior beginning at 10:30 am. Pastor Leon Pace, Jr. will officiate.
