Edward H. Stage 2/12/26
Ed was born in Ithaca, NY on Oct. 6, 1956 to Lawrence C. Stage and Norma J. Boynton. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Gail (Teeter), sons, Timothy, Stephen and daughter, Heather. Grandchildren, Dustin, Elliot, Brielle, Ahzareea and Nakai. Ed is also survived by his brother, Gary (Dody) Stage and sister, Lori Maldonado. His brother-in-law Rich Seeley and sisters-in-law Kathy Ostrander (HO) and Wendy Campbell, and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Ed was predeceased by his sister, Wendy A. Seeley and his brothers-in-law Gary Teeter Sr, and Ed Campbell.
Ed was a truck driver before an injury made him permanently disabled. This did not stop his love of all vehicles and he occupied his time with many hobbies. Ed was an avid RC car racer, sometimes traveling to events. He enjoyed honing his skills on Iracing and painting the cars involved. Ed also built custom models. He was a fan of dirt races and Nascar until all the rules changed. He watched several teams for football, never just one favorite.
Ed’s best times were spent teaching his Grandsons how to mow the lawn and use other power equipment.
In accordance with Ed’s wishes there will be no calling hours or services.
