Mr. Edwin Timothy “Tim” McNeil, age 65, of New Johnsonville, TN, passed away Saturday, November 15, 2025, at his home.
Tim was born on May 8, 1960, in Waverly, TN, to Edwin Vonelle and Barbara Ann Hayes McNeil Miller. He was a member of Buffalo Primitive Baptist Church. He retired from Chemetall Foote Corporation in New Johnsonville, TN. Tim loved tending to his honeybees, harvesting, and selling fresh honey. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, and everything involved with being outdoors. He was an avid Tennessee Vols fan! He took pride in all of his vehicles. Tim especially loved grilling, cooking out, and spending precious time with his family. He will be greatly missed by all.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 18, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. until funeral service time, at Humphreys County Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be at 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 18, 2025, in the Chapel of Humphreys County Funeral Home. Pastor Kevin Lofton will be officiating the service.
Interment will follow in the Wyly Cemetery in Waverly, TN.
