Funeral Services for Edwin "Eddie" Robles, age 74, of Picayune, MS, who passed away Tuesday, January 20, 2026, will be held, Friday, January 30, 2026, at McDonald Funeral Home Chapel at 1:00 pm.

Visitation will be Friday, January 30, 2026 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at McDonald Funeral Home.

Burial will be in New Palestine Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

Bro. Peyton Lee will officiate the service.

A resident of Picayune, MS. Eddie was a devout Christian whose faith guided every part of his life.he deeply loved his family and his grandchildren were truly the light of the world. Eddie loved his county and proudly served it, retiring from the U.S. Army and the U.S. Postal Service. He was also a proud member of the American Legion. Eddie received many medals including, National Defense Service, Vietnam Service, Bronze Service Star, Combat Infantryman, Republic of Vietnam Campaign. He found joy in music, spending time working in his shop, and helping others whenever he could. Eddie had a generous, giving heart and would gladly give someone the shirt off his back. He will be remembered for his kindness, service and the love his shared so freely with everyone around me.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Sergio Robles and Gregoria Buros; siblings, Hector Robles, Juanita Robles, Anna Mercedes Robles and Jose Dolores Robles.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving and devoted wife of 20 years, Joy H. Robles; children, Edwin Sergio Robles and Lettecia Heather Robles; step-son, Joshua Carr; grandchildren, Julian Anthony Guerra, Diarra Jaekwon Quattlebaum, Janai Evelyn Quattlebaum, Savannah Antonia Robles, Jeremiah Edwin Robles, Grayson Lowry Carr, Sara Elizabeth Carr, Emberly Joy Carr; siblings, Jorge Robles, Glorine/Gloria Robles, Jose Antonio Robles, Nedia Robles, and Gilbert Robles; numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
