Edwin Selvig Obituary
Edwin "Ed" C. Selvig, age 83, of Willmar, passed away Monday, March 2, at his residence under hospice care.
Visitation will begin at 12:30 p.m. followed by his funeral service at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, March 9, at Peterson Brothers Funeral Home in Willmar. Interment will be at Fairview Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to Peterson Brothers Funeral Home. www.petersonbrothers.com
Edwin Cushman Selvig was born on November 26, 1942, in Willmar, Minnesota, the son of Edwin and Clara (Olson) Selvig. He grew up and received his education in Willmar. He was baptized and confirmed at Calvary Lutheran Church. Ed lived with his mother for 47 years prior to living in area group homes. He worked at the DAC in Atwater.
He is survived by a cousin, Barbara Mueller and many caring staff and roommates.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
