Edwin Tyndall Obituary
Edwin was born on May 25, 1946, in Huntington, New York to John and Lillian Tyndall. He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corp and served our country in Vietnam. After leaving the service Edwin was a career police officer in Amityville Village, Long Island, New York.
Edwin was a member of the American Legion, The Elks Club and the Knights of Columbus. He also enjoyed volunteering, golf, socializing, old cars and meals with friends.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years Patricia, a son Michael Scott and a daughter Linda Lee.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday February 11th from 11-12 noon at Charlotte Memorial Funeral Home 9400 Indian Spring Cemetery Rd. Punta Gorda, FL where a funeral service will begin at 12 noon. Interment will be held on a later date in New York.
