Edwin Bradlee Youtz, 58, of Wilmington, Delaware and formerly of Philadelphia, PA passed away on October 10th, 2025 at Christiana Hospital.

Brad had attended George School in Bucks County which helped kick off his love for soccer. He studied Telecommunications at Penn State University from 1991 to 1996. Brad had worked at Harmelin Media for his more than 25 year career, ending as a Director of the Broadcast Buying team.

Throughout his life, Brad was known for his kindness, humor and love for sports. He was a member of the Claymont Lion's Club where he volunteered and contributed to the community. He was also a proud member of the Sons of Ben, where he supported one of his favorite Soccer teams, the Philadelphia Union.

Brad was able to see the bright side of any situation no matter the obstacles. He cared deeply about everyone around him and would give them his time.

Brad had a deep passion for sports, he loved supporting his favorite teams, The Penn State Nittany Lions, the Philadelphia Eagles and the Union. Brad was also a fan of photography.

Brad was preceded in death by his Grandfather Richard Youtz, Grandmother Adella Youtz and Aunt Carolyn Youtz. As well as his Maternal Grandfather Bradlee Clough and Maternal Grandmother Mary Clough.

Brad is survived by his wife Chistine Griswold and his son Liam Youtz, as well as his step sons Julian Calder and Duncan Calder; granddaughter Molly Rose Squire; his brother Eric Youtz; his mother Susan Youtz and her partner Linda Higginson; his father Edwin Youtz; step mother Mary Youtz; his aunts Kathy Wright and Pamala Rand and his uncles Gordon Clough and Paul Clough.

The celebration of life memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 25th at 11 AM at McCrery & Harra Funeral Homes at 3924 Concord Pike, Wilmington, DE 19803 with fellowship and refreshments to follow. Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Lion's Club of Claymont, the Gift of Life or an organization of your choice.
