Eileen Bostley

Margaret "Eileen" Bostley, a resident of Fairfield, CT, passed away on October 21, 2022 at the age of 89.
Born on March 4th, 1933 in the Bronx, New York, she was the daughter of the late John P. Egan and Anna McAuley. She was the youngest of four children and predeceased by her three siblings, Vincent Egan, Jack Egan, and Dolly Lanza.
Eileen was the loving wife of the late Thomas J. Bostley. She was the loving mother of Michael Bostley and his wife, Cathy. Cherished grandmother of Kristina Lubofsky and her husband, David and Michelle Calabrese and her husband, Anthony. She was also a beloved cousin, aunt, and friend to many.
Eileen moved from the Bronx to Fairlawn, NJ before settling in Fairfield, CT after the passing of her beloved husband.
Eileen was a parishioner of St. Anne's Church in Fairlawn and was an active member of the Ladies Auxiliary and a Eucharistic Minister. She was also a member of the Fairlawn Police Citizens Watch, Veterans Association, American Legion, and the Bergen Irish Association. Eileen also enjoyed participating in flea markets and loved meeting and talking to people and making new friends.
Eileen will be remembered for her quick wit and her love of a good party, but most of all for the love of her family and her strong faith in God.
The family will be present on Saturday, November 5, 2022 from 8 AM - 9:15 AM at Ruggiero & Sons, Inc., Funeral Home & Cremation Services- 732 Yonkers Avenue- Yonkers, New York 10704 - (914) 375-1400 - www.FRSWFH.com. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, November 5, 2022 - 9:30 AM at Saint John the Baptist Church - 670 Yonkers Avenue- Yonkers, New York 10704. Following the Mass, Eileen will be laid to rest at Saint Raymond's Cemetery, 2600 Lafayette Avenue- Bronx, New York.
