Eileen Constandakis Obituary
Eileen dedicated 35 years of service to Parrish Medical Center, where she worked in the billing department. Her strong work ethic and kind spirit made a lasting impact on her colleagues and community.
After retirement, Eileen embraced a vibrant and social lifestyle at Clerbrook Golf and RV Resort, where she enjoyed many activities and made cherished friendships. She especially loved spending time with her family and was known for her warmth, laughter, and generous heart.
She is survived by her daughter Christine Summers, two grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. She also leaves behind her dearest friend Arlene Husson and her beloved bird, Max.
Eileen was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, George Constandakis. Together, they shared a life full of love, laughter, and devotion.
Eileen will be remembered for her joyful spirit, loyalty to loved ones, and the kindness she extended to everyone she met.
