Eileen Fitzpatrick, 79, passed away on Saturday, October 21st, 2023 in St. Augustine, FL. Eileen was born on November 3rd, 1943 in Buffalo, NY to the late John and Agnes Granville.
Her favorite thing was raising her four daughters. Once they grew up, Eileen reentered the workplace and was quickly promoted to a supervisory position at American Express which was then followed by being the office manager of a law firm.
Eileen's greatest love was her family. She also loved walking on the beach and basking in the sun, animals (our home was a zoo), volunteering at school and Church and helping people in need.
Eileen's smile, great sense of humor and warm welcome always drew people in. She had four daughters, but if you ask her daughter's friends, they all considered themselves daughters so Eileen has more daughters than she could count on two hands.
To know Eileen was to love Eileen. Eileen never met a stranger. She was one of a kind, and she was the epitome of a Class Act!
In addition to Eileen's parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Terry Fitzpatrick, and her siblings, Ann Marie, Bonnie (late Ron), Betty (late Ralph), Jack, Edna, Gordy and Holly. She is survived by her daughters, Carol Ann (Greg) Garrison, Eileen (Scott) Coll, Kelly (Jim) Goodfriend, Shannon (Steve) Manning; grandchildren, Erica Garrison, Sean Clark (Jennifer), Joey Clark (Amber), Brandon Garrison, Ryan Manning, Griffin Goodfriend, Kendall Manning, Brady Goodfriend: great-grandchildren, Kynleigh Garrison, Allison Clark, Michael Clark, Colton Clark, Madison Clark; siblings, Patrick (Priscilla) Granville, Noreen (Rich) Brezowski, Danny (Kathy) Granville, and countless nieces, nephews, and cousins and dearest family members, Roselle (Jerry) Murphy and Timmy (Denise) Fitzpatrick.
A funeral mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 27th, 2023, at San Juan Del Rio Catholic Church in St. Johns, FL. Eileen's celebration will then continue immediately following at South Hampton Golf Club.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Community Hospice or DementiaSociety.org.
