Eileen Ann Means

Means- Eileen Ann Means, age 66, of High Springs, Florida passed away on July 10, 2023, at her residence. She was born in Miami, Florida on April 4, 1957, to the late Walter Robert Bowers and Jewel McSwain. Eileen was raised in High Springs and graduated from Santa Fe High School. Shortly after school, Eileen traveled often as a military family and loved raising her two sons. She was passionate about art and was very gifted with her hands. For years, she was a Stain Glass Artist and loved making new pieces. In her spare time, she enjoyed cooking, gardening, painting, and sewing. In the early 2000's, Eileen met her forever companion, Jimmy Means, and they were happily married soon after. Eileen loved being a wife, a mom, and taking care of her pet dogs. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Means and sisters, Elain Carlyon and Charlene Bowers.
Eileen is survived by her sons, Steven (Christa) Wayne McCann, Jr. of Simpsonville, SC and Michael Robert McCann of Gainesville, FL; brother, Dale (Lori) Bowers of Crossville, TN; and grandchildren, Lauren, and Christopher McCann.
