Eileen F Morello

Eileen F. (nee Murphy) Morello, 95 of Holiday City South section of Berkeley Township passed away on Saturday February 10, 2024 at Community Medical Center, Toms River, NJ. Eileen was born in Bronx, NY, moving to Ridgefield Park, NJ and Dumont, NJ before moving to Holiday City South. Eileen Lived a long and exciting life, beginning with singing on the radio at age 4, and modeling as a teenager. She performed in many amateur plays and musicals during this time as well. She became the mother of three children, the grandmother of five grandchildren, and the great grandmother of five great grandchildren. She enjoyed her time as a Sales Representative for Avon Sales from Ridgefield Park to Holiday City for over 50 years. She also worked at Con Edison in Manhattan, after graduating from high school, where she met her husband Phil, She was a congregant of St. Maximilian Kolbe RC Church, Berkeley Township, NJ. Eileen was very active in Holiday City South where she was a member of the Women's Club and also the Deborah Heart & Lung Foundation with the Holiday City Berkeley Chapter. She is predeceased by her husband Philip Morello Jr. and her daughter Catherine Lenard. Surviving is her son; John Morello of High Bridge, NJ, her daughter; Phyllis Morello of Toms River, NJ, her grandchildren Michael Lenard, Andrew Lenard, Kyle Morello, 2nd Marine Lieutenant Ryan Morello, and Kayla Morello. Her great grandchildren are Aiden, McKinley, Owen, Tessa, and Thomas. Family will receive friends on Thursday, February 15, from 5pm to 7pm at The Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals 145 St. Catherine Blvd. Toms River, NJ. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Friday, February 16, at 10 am at St. Maximilian Kolbe RC Church, Berkeley Township, NJ.
