Eileen Springstroh Obituary
Springstroh, Eileen Mae (née Jack), age 77, passed away peacefully on May 14, 2024. Eileen will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her son, Todd Springstroh; her parents, Frank and Marie Jack; her sister, Delores Canfield; and her former spouse, Richard Springstroh. She is survived by her close companion, Cookie, her Shih Tzu; her son, Stefan (Rebecca) Springstroh; granddaughter, Catalina Springstroh; brother, David (Mary Ann) Jack; and sister, Barbara Jack. A service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, May 25th, at Crown of Life Lutheran Church, 115 Crusader Ave. W, West St. Paul, with visitation 1 hour prior.
