She was born in Long Branch to the late Alfred Pouzenc and Lucinda (Tobin) Pouzenc.
She was a high school graduate and for many years worked in medical Billing for Meridian Healthcare of Neptune.
Eileen is also predeceased by her beloved husband Roger Stokes; and her brother Alfred J. Pouzenc.
She is survived by her loving son Daniel Stokes of Hazlet; and her dear siblings Kathy Vanco and her husband Michael of Colonia, George Pouzenc and his wife Jan of Front Royal, Virginia and Louann Pouzenc of New Port Richey, Florida.
Friends and relatives are invited to a visitation for Eileen on Sunday March 16, 2025 from 2-4PM and 7-9PM at Day Funeral Home 361 Maple Place Keyport, New Jersey 07735 and again Monday March 17, 2025 10AM at the funeral home for an 11 AM funeral service at the funeral home.
Mausoleum entombment will follow at Cloverleaf Memorial Park of Woodbridge, New Jersey.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Monmouth County ASPCA.
