Eileen enjoyed listening to the classic sounds of Elvis Presley, indulging in the timeless movie "Grease," and was a passionate fan of the New York Mets. Her creativity shone through in her needlepoint and crochet projects, and she often spent her time playing and teaching Mahjong and cards with friends, fostering friendships that lasted a lifetime.
