Guest Book
With heartfelt sadness, we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Elaine Lipnack Dobrutsky, on October 15, 2025. She was predeceased by her devoted husband, Albert Dobrutsky, in 2012. Born in Brooklyn, New York, Elaine made her home in Connecticut from 1958 until moving to Florida in 2004, where she enjoyed her retirement years. She was kind, caring, compassionate, and beautiful—inside and out. Elaine adored her family and friends.
She is survived by her daughter Shari Silverstein and her husband Scott, and her son Wayne Dobrutsky and his wife Beth. She was a proud grandmother to Michael Silverstein and his wife Debbie, David Silverstein and his fiancée Kelly, and Jonathan Silverstein and his wife Kaitlin, and a cherished great-grandmother to Joseph, Serena, and Alexander. She is also survived by her loving sister Sheila Spivak and her husband Sheldon, and her sister-in-law Ann Dobrutsky, along with many beloved nieces and nephews. Elaine will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved her. She was laid to rest at a graveside ceremony on October 17, 2025.
