Elaine C. Livsey

NORTH BILLERICA/AUBURN, MA – Elaine C. (Peterson) Livsey, 84, of North Billerica and Auburn, MA passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 1, 2025, in her home surrounded by her loving family.
Elaine was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Warren G. and Claire E. (Menard) Peterson. She attended Auburn High School and graduated in 1959. Elaine then met the love of her life, Raymond A. Livsey, and they later married in 1962. They moved to Billerica in 1965 and raised their beautiful family, where love and laughter was present daily.
Elaine was a loving stay at home Mom. She enjoyed being involved in her children and grandchildren's lives and their many sports, plays, dance recitals and other activities. While living in Billerica she was the co-cheering coordinator of the Billerica Pop Warner for several years.
She loved spending time at the family Lake House in Auburn with her friends and family-enjoying cookouts, holidays, and making memories with her kids, grandkids, and great-grandkids. Elaine also had a passion for shopping, gardening, and hosting family gatherings that spanned generations. She took great pleasure in learning new recipes, dancing with her loved ones, making everyone around her feel special, and had a soft spot for anything blue and her favorite flower, daisies.
Elaine had a smile that could light up the room and a personality that filled it with sunshine. She was the sun that her family orbited around.
She leaves her beloved husband of almost 63 years, Raymond A. Livsey; blessed with four children, Deb Erickson and her husband Tim of Billerica, MA, Cheryl Murphy and her husband Shaun of Hudson, NH, Lisa Stuczynski and her husband Thomas of Chelmsford, MA and John Livsey and his wife Sherry of Billerica, MA; nine beautiful grandchildren, Dave Stuczynski, late Shauna Murphy, Nicole Fauller and her husband Pat, Kevin Stuczynski, Ryan Murphy, Mike Erickson and his wife Lizz, Brianna Stuczynski, Andrew Livsey and Bry Livsey; three adoring great grandchildren, Cameron, Colton and Jackson; cherished sister-in-law Patti Trickett, late brother-in-law Richard Livsey and his late wife Rachel; dear nieces, Victoria Winn, Cheryl Livsey and nephew, Kenny Trickett; as well as special cousins, family, and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Elaine's family from 9:00-10:30 AM on Monday, June 9th at the BRITTON-WALLACE FUNERAL HOME, 91 Central St., Auburn followed by a funeral Mass celebrating her life at 11 AM at Saint Joseph's Church, 189 Oxford Street North, Auburn, MA. Burial will follow at Hillside Cemetery, Auburn, MA.
