Elaine Miller

1939 - 2026

Elaine (Green) Miller, 86, of Penn Township, passed away on Thursday, Jan. 8, 2026. She was born on June 28, 1939, in Monroeville to the late Milton and Alice (Trout) Green. Elaine is survived by her two daughters, Bonnie (Martin) Loughner and Christy (David) Smith; three sons, Carl Henry Jr., Eric Henry, and Charles I. Miller Jr.; seven grandchildren, Carl Henry III, Clinton Loughner, Leah Augustine, Michelle Smith, Amy Grisenthwaite, Kayleigh Miller, and Khristian Miller; several great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Aside from her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles I. Miller Sr.; and siblings, Milton Green, Margaret "Peggy" White, and Lyod Green. Elaine had a passion for reading and a love for flowers. You could always find her sitting outside on her swing, but above all she loved her family.
