Elaine Jone Waldroup Taylor, 67, of Andrews, North Carolina, passed away Saturday, January 7, 2023. Elaine was born May 20, 1955, in Swain County, NC to Ray and Sue Waldroup.
Elaine was preceded in death by father, Ray Waldroup; and brother Rex Waldroup.
She is survived by her spouse Eugene Taylor; mother Sue Waldroup; son Michael Taylor; daughter Rachael Sicard; grandchildren Levi; Corbin; River; Zoey; Jessie; brothers and sisters Cindy Waldroup; Terrie Dale Hogsed; Ricky Waldroup; and Charlie Waldroup.
The following gentlemen will service as pallbearers; Chris Whitten; Josh Whitten; Christopher Whitten; Wesley Taylor; Trent Taylor; and John Franklin.
Public Viewing will be held Wednesday, 11th of January, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Cochran Funeral Home of Murphy.
Services for Mrs. Elaine Taylor will be held on Wednesday, January 11, 2023, at 1:00 PM at Cochran Funeral Home of Murphy with Rev. David Postell and Rev. Eddie Taylor. officiating. Burial will follow at Bear Creek Baptist Cemetery in Robbinsville, North Carolina.
