Elaine Valcourt

Elaine Valcourt, 77, of Tyngsborough, MA, passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, November 12, 2025. She was the beloved wife of the late Raymond J. Valcourt, who passed away on May 6, 2024.
Born in Lowell, MA, Elaine was the daughter of the late Raymond and Yolande (Germain) Dame. She graduated from St. Louis de France Academy in Lowell with the class of 1965.
Elaine worked as a hairdresser for many years, sharing her talent at several local salons throughout her career. She was a devoted communicant of St. John the Evangelist Church in North Chelmsford, MA.
Elaine's greatest joy came from spending time with her family. She loved watching her grandchildren play sports, cooking delicious meals, entertaining friends and family, and playing cards.
She is survived by her three sons, Derek Valcourt and his husband Adam May of Minneapolis, MN; Lance Valcourt and his wife Jennifer of Nashua, NH; and Keith Valcourt of Tyngsborough, MA. She is also survived by her sister, Diane Lavarnway and her husband William of Dunstable, MA; and her brother, Raymond Dame and his wife Kathy of Naples, FL.
Elaine leaves behind her four cherished grandchildren - Aidan, Gavin, Landon, and Jett Valcourt - as well as many nieces, nephews, and dear friends who will miss her deeply.
Funeral Notice Visitation hours for Elaine Valcourt will be held on Sunday, November 16, 2025 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Dolan Funeral Home, 106 Middlesex Street, N. Chelmsford, MA 01863. Funeral Monday, November 17, 2025 10:00 a.m. at Dolan Funeral Home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. at St. John the Evangelist Church, 115 Middlesex Street, N.
