Elaine's memory will forever live in the hearts of all who loved her. Her spirit, her kindness, and her warmth will continue to inspire us. We invite you to join us as we honor her life and celebrate the beautiful person she was.
Funeral service celebrating Elaine's life will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, January 11, 2025, at Apostolic Restoration Church in West Monroe, The family welcomes friends and loved ones to join them for visitation on Friday, January 10th, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. At the church.
Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park at 1:30m PM, under the direction of Church Funeral Services.
Elaine is now reunited with her parents, Marion and Ruby Ragsdale.
She is lovingly remembered by her husband, Gerry Winters; her son, Tate, and his wife Aleisha Winters; and her precious grandchild, Aspen Winters. She also leaves behind her brothers, Marshall, and his wife Deborah Ragsdale, Russell, and his wife Genell Ragsdale, and Terry, and his wife Tammy Ragsdale; Brother-in-law, Raymond Winters and Leslie Willoughby; sister-in-law, Vonda Dixon and husband Isaac. Along with many cherished nieces, nephews, and a host of extended family and dear friends.
Pallbearers serving are, Rusty Ragsdale, Neil Ragsdale, Jason Ragsdale, Terry Ragsdale, II, Jody Ragsdale, and Caleb Ragsdale.
