Eldon L. Jones

Eldon L. Jones, 86, passed away January 27, 2026. He was born May 25, 1939, in Geary, Oklahoma, son of Louie and Lucille, with 1 sister and 2 brothers. Eldon had strong values, which lasted a lifetime. One day after high school graduation, he began working for Union Pacific Railroad where he worked 43 years until retirement. Eldon was preceded in death by his first wife; son Keldon; and daughter Leigh. He is survived by his wife, Wilma "Willie" Jones; 1 sister; daughter & son-in-law; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. His favorite pastime was "SPORTS!" OU Sooners, Texas Rangers, and Dallas Cowboys. He was a talented artist filling our home with his beautiful art. He loved music, waltzing with grace, he captured the beauty of music. Eldon was a kind man who was soft-spoken with gentle ways and a firm handshake. Family and friends will miss him and cherish our time with him. Per his request, no service will be held.
